Daily Regimen

Every morning in the shower.. I co-wash with Terax Crema Ultra Moisturizing Daily Conditioner. I let the conditioner sit on my head during the whole shower. The steam helps add moisture to the hair, promotes hair strength and elasticity, and enhances natural curl pattern. 

Once I'm done with the shower, I rinse about 90% of the conditioner off my head, and keep the remainding 10% as a leave in conditioner.

After the shower, I pat my head down with a towel just a tad. I then, take my spray bottle that is mixed with water and coconut oil (3 parts water, 1 part oil) and spritz lightly all over my head. Coconut oil is very light weight and is awesome to seal with.

That is pretty much it! If I want to define my curls, I add a dime sized amount of Eco Style Gel with Olive Oil. This activates the curls, especially on damp hair.
